First course launching 9/27 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:45 am - 9:45 am *must sign up for all 12 classes (2 make up classes will be held at the end of the course)
Who is it for?
Our fundamentals course is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to go back to the basics of strength training! If you are new to strength training or structured gym workouts it is recommended that you sign up for this course or take a one on one session before attending any small group training classes. If you have any questions about whether or not this course is the right fit for you, please reach out before signing up!
What is it?
This course is run a little differently than our other classes! The course will meet twice a week for six weeks. Due to the nature of this course, you will sign up for all six weeks in advance. Each class we will go over new exercises while continuing to practice exercises we have already learned. Fundamentals classes are capped at 6 participants rather than 8 to ensure more time with a coach for each participant. This class will prepare you for any of our small group training classes!
