In Person Personal Training

The best way to see results and reach your goals is to work one on one with a personal trainer. Your program will be tailored specifically towards your individual needs and goals. Working with a professional will help you decrease your risk of injury and help you reach your goals faster. This service is offered in Boston and Greater Boston area. Virtual Personal Training 

Do you prefer to workout at home or are you too busy to get into the gym? If so then virtual training may be the best option for you. Enjoy the same benefits of working one on one with a trainer in person but from the comfort of your own home and the safety of being behind a screen! 

Online Coaching

Do you feel comfortable in the gym but need help structuring your workouts? Online coaching may be the best option for you. Get a monthly comprehensive training program as well as check ins through text and email and a monthly 30 minute phone/video call! Programs can also be structured for at home workouts. 

Zoom Classes and Video Access

Do you miss group classes? Or maybe you never liked working out in front of others. Either way, sign up for our zoom strength class currently offered on Tuesdays at 5:30 pm EST. All you need is a pair of dumbbells. Feel free to keep your camera on or turn it off. If you can't make class or you love it so much that you wish you could take it every day then you can sign up for video access to receive unlimited access to previously recorded classes!
