Melina Heroux

Step Aerobics Instructor

From a young age, Melina started participating in competitive sports like soccer and ski racing. Through sports, Melina discovered her passion for fitness and a love for being part of a team.

While attending the University of Vermont, Melina continued to build a love for fitness and found that team-like environment again through taking group fitness classes such as spin and strength & conditioning. After graduating from college, Melina started to learn more about strength training and was eager to find a community in fitness again.

In Dec 2024, Melina was introduced to step training through The Training Lab and fell in love. The positive sense of community reminded of her of being on a sports team and the high energy and upbeat music made the work out fun! Melina is looking forward to being a step instructor at The Training Lab and fostering an environment where people feel comfortable to sweat, dance, and most importantly have fun all while having a great workout!
