Who is it for?:​
Whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned athlete there are many benefits to working with a personal trainer. As we age we naturally lose balance, strength, power and bone density to name a few things. Strength training is a great way to prevent this from happening. If you are looking to stay healthy, train for a specific event, get stronger or would simply like some guidance in your workouts then personal training is a great fit for you!

Other Services Offered:​
We also offer In-Home, Semi Private and Virtual training at The Training Lab. Semi Private sessions are for groups of 2-4 and cost $150 per hour. Virtual training sessions can be booked for 30, 45 or 60 minutes and cost $100 per hour (pro-rated for length of session). Please reach out for in home pricing.

The best way to see results and reach your goals is to work one on one with a personal trainer. Your program will be tailored specifically towards your individual needs and goals. Working with a professional will help you decrease your risk of injury and help you reach your goals faster. At The Training Lab LLC we offer in person sessions at our studio or we can also travel to your home, helping you fit your workouts into your busy lifestyle.
