Step Aerobics 

Step Aerobics has been around for a long time for a reason, it's a low impact yet upbeat cardio class that won't feel like a workout! Step aerobics is done to the beat of the music, but you don't need to have any experience to join our classes. You will be sure to work up a sweat and have fun while doing so! Benefits

The Training Lab offers step aerobics as a fun way to add cardio into your routine! We get it - steady state cardio can sometimes feel boring if it's not your preferred method of exercise. That's why we added this high energy class to our calendar!

Who Can Join

Anyone is welcome to join our step aerobics classes! They are beginner friendly and are for anyone looking for a fun way to get a good cardio workout in!
