How to Get Started
Personal Training
If you are interested in personal training we encourage you to book a free 30 minute assessment. During the assessment you will meet with a personal trainer to go over your fitness goals so we can develop a plan to help you achieve them! To book your free assessment please email nicole.cotnoir@thetraininglabllc.com.
Small Group Training
If you are interested in small group training and have experience strength training, please feel free to sign up for a class (your first class is $25 with code SGT25). If you do not have any previous strength training experience we recommend that you book an assessment as we may suggest you start with a personal training session. If you are not sure if you have enough experience please do not hesitate to reach out and ask!
Step Aerobics ​
Our step aerobics classes are beginner friendly and open to anyone! Please feel free to sign up for a class. ​
Online Training ​
